Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BG Media's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Services

BG Media provides web development services including but not limited to: custom web applications, booking systems, subscription platforms, and related technical services.

Project Scope

All projects begin with a discovery phase to define scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing.

Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required to commence work
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Payment terms specified in individual project proposals

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code and designs created specifically for your project become your property. Pre-existing components and frameworks remain under their respective licences.

Warranties and Limitations

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner. However, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
